I am flying to Jersey on the 16th February 2021 and been told I have to give a swab when I arrive. I feel that is against my constitutional rights.

This woman would have a lot less problems if she would just fill out the form and sign it “Under Duress by: autograph”. Now she has complied with their procedure to fill out the form and they cannot use it against her.
Here is Canada the people are not part of the constitution, it merely says what each government has jurisdiction over and they fight quite often about that.
Once you understand there is a communist takeover through public policy in every country worldwide, you just need to understand how to protect yourself from it.
Here is some information that explains what public policy is and how to sign “their” documents so “you make no promises to perform”. Everything they do against you is a promise to perform and they claim you breached this promise and that is what they enforce.

In Sunshine Coast, Australia, only 10 days ago, I was refused the following for not wearing a mask:
– entry into a bar
– taxi service home
When refused to allow to take a taxi, I expressed having a medical exemption and I was told I needed proof. I explained I didn’t and it was discrimination to refuse service under the Disability Discrimination Act. The attended called over the police who also demanded proof and stated i ‘legally have to have proof’
When seeking support from a police officer friend who bumped into that night, I was first told ‘wearing a mask is a directive under the public health act’. And to my request for information, ‘I wasn’t there I don’t want to get involved. If you have a complaint go to your local station’
To comment above about what Australian police officers swear an oath to and what they actually know/act out…is quite different.
My experience that night was acts out of fear and control/power. It was absolutely not my safety and my rights under natural law.
