- How to address courts & have charges withdrawn in criminal (traffic) matters

- How to address courts, set ground work to have civil proceedings withdrawn or discontinued

- Learn to ‘HOLD YOUR POSITION’ – stop any attempt by an adversary to steam roll you

- How to achieve private settlements with any adversary at a round table meeting

- With abundant role plays to see winning strategies at work!

Workshop subject matters:

1(a) Address Police Roadside/Front Door etc Sharp! 10.00am – 12noon

Procedures – 1 hour, Role Play – 45min

Lunch: 12noon – 1.00pm

1(b) Address Infringements 3 Processes; 1.00pm – 2.00pm

2(a) Address Courts – Criminal; With Competently 2.00pm – 2.45pm
